Rented a car one way from Truro to Heathrow Airport. Mary and her friend in reception were absolutely lovely. The process was quick, easy and convenient. I was told at Heathrow that all enterprise cars are ULEZ compliant, which is helpful because the drop off is in a zone. Thank You!

Great time renting a little fiat recently from Chris and the team. Chris was super helpful and talked us through the insurance we had bought before we headed off. It was hybrid and we used almost no fuel which was a great surprise. Had a tough time on hills but we got everywhere we wanted to. The size was great for zipping down the little Cornish lanes.

Needed a large van as moving from Cornwall to Preston, and the team at Enterprise in Truro were great from start to finish. Next time we need to hire a van for whatever reason, we will definitely use them again.

Staff all very professional and friendly. Car collection and return straight forward. Taking and collecting you from a garage very helpful. Located on the road past Tesco from the roundabout. Petrol in the car at collection means you don't have to immediately get fuel.

We've heard mixed reviews about enterprise but we're very happy with the service here. The team were all knowledgeable and happy to help. Both pick up and drop off were swift and easy. The van was clean and well maintained.

Managed to hire a car really easily (and at best rates around) then when I had to do a cancellation after only 16 miles and a few hours after my own car got repaired quicker than I thought, they were really gracious with allowing me to cancel booking, return car and only pay a small fee. That's great customer service in special circumstances! Thanks
