After a back injury, I needed some help to get back to a good level of fitness without damaging myself further. Above all I needed someone I could trust. Dan is professional, engaging, knowledgeable, and challenging (in the most positive sense of the word). I am now in better shape than I have been in a long time thanks to my PT sessions, and more than that, I'm enjoying exercise for the first time in a long time. I can't recommend Dan highly enough.

Dan is inspiring and encouraging. He has great knowledge and has helped me train for a variety of sports. I’m really pleased and would recommend him!

Dan was recommended to me as I was struggling with injuries whilst training for a marathon, and was becoming frustrated.
I am very glad for the recommendation as it has made a difference not just to my training but beyond.
Dan is very friendly and positive, and his approach is very professional. Dan shares his thinking and his rationale and is very open to sharing his broad knowledge and experience.
His tenacity in understanding the root cause of issues and helping to find solutions that work (i.e. fit with my work and family commitments) is unrivalled. On top of that, Dans positive attitude to life is quite intoxicating.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dan.

Finding myself in a routine that lacked physical activity, I was overweight and generally unfit. I approached Dan and he put together a programme to reduce my weight, up my cardio endurance and review my diet. Through Dans sound science based programme I am now 15kg lighter, much stronger and have a complete new body shape and posture. I now have energy and clarity of mind to face the day. I would highly recommend Dan whatever your personal fitness goals
