Adam was amazing! Really quick response for a short notice hire (within 24 hours) Adam made special effort to accommodate our needs despite about to go on holiday himself. The scooter itself was perfect, we used it every day for a week (charging at night) not once did the battery even drop to amber warning, the scooter felt safe a secure, and Adams thorough tutorial meant it was easy to assemble and disassemble. We really appreciated the time time he took to go through everything, it meant that we felt really confident using the scooter and loading and unloading it into the car. Adam was very easy to deal with I would recommend going to Adam first. I did contact a few other places but of those that got back to me they took 48hours to respond by which time Adam had already sorted everything. - Thanks again.

Fantastic company, product, and service. We hired a scooter it was dropped off to us on time. We had a slight problem with a battery while out and about, within 30 minutes they brought us a replacement to our location (on a cliff top in Perranporth) and the scooter was great for the rest of the week. Amazing customer service and reliability all round. Highly recommend.

From the moment we phoned Adam he was a star. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole experience was a delight. We hired a mobility scooter to attend a rural show and it was ideal.
