We had a great time at Enigma, the escape room was really good - fab props, theme and a good level of difficulty. Mel was great, she was really informative and welcoming. The location is ideal, it's pretty much in town so no need to worry about parking or getting there. I would definitely recommend these escape rooms in Truro!

Six of us headed to Enigma Escape Cornwall in Truro! The fear not to escape the room of Life After Death, but we DID IT! It was great fun and we were lucky enough to have found the golden egg (Easter extra game). As soon as we left we started planning another visit to try another room. The vibe of the place, is very in keeping with the room and 100% recommending it to others. Thanks to Mel the host for being so welcoming, great positive attitude and pretty funny. See you guys very soon.

Melissa was great! You can tell she really loves her job and she made the experience a lot more enjoyable. The escape room was a great level of difficulty for us, who had only done 1 escape room before as a group. Would recommend! Go before they close the ‘Life after Death’ room in April! Can’t wait to go again :)

I loved it!! This was such an immersive and fun experience.. from the second we got there it didn’t feel like I was in the center of Truro, it was surprisingly atmospheric as soon as I got to the bottom of the stairs. Melissa was great, she was so enthusiastic and helped us feel instantly excited and ready for the challenge. I don’t want to give anything away, but you really feel like you’re in the story. Myself and my daughter (10years old) did the life after death room, we’ve never done an escape room before. We were both so into it, I could have happily spent hours in there doing it- also in part because I wasn’t very good… I thought I’d got to the last room so was very casual and just took my time and then realised there was way more left to do and ran out of time. We had a couple of clues, they were really cool too because you still had to figure it out, it just kind of nudges you in the right direction. We unfortunately did not complete it, but that really didn’t take away from the experience, it was so much fun and so clever, it was great to do something different! My advice would definitely be to not take the time for granted like I did, try and get through it as fast as you can because you never know how much time the next part will take. Definitely recommend going, the more people you have the easier it will be but two people is still fun and doable and if you’re going with a child like I did that’s also still doable, just be thorough. My daughter loved it and did really good. I can’t wait to come and try another theme!

I went not really knowing what to expect and really enjoyed it. The puzzles were really well conceived and varied, and just about challenging enough without being too hard. Really impressed. Loads of fun.

We really enjoyed our escape room experience. The host was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The rooms were very well decorated with potential problems like a low roof written in, warned about and compensated for with seating. The puzzles were clever and engaging. We will go back and haven’t stopped telling our friends they should go too.

Me and my partner have done all of the rooms here now (apart from the Christmas one that hasn’t opened yet). We completed “Don’t Panic” with a group of 6 and managed to complete. Lots of different puzzles to work out in pairs / individually at the same time - so nobody is left out. Would definitely recommend this for a larger group, just two people would probably struggle with this. Particularly impressed by a couple of the puzzles that I won’t spoil for others on here. Really good fun! Life After Death was completed by me and my partner. Lots of different puzzles, some quite hard! But really good fun! Nice theme and set up! I, my partner and my mum completed The Bletchley Test last night, Mel was a great host! Padlock heavy, lots of code breaking! Highly recommend all of the rooms here!!! Great value for money!

Brilliant experience, we enjoyed a lot and Melissa was wonderful host made us comfortable and reassured we are in the safe hand. Thank you Melissa. We did 2 rooms out of 3 as lack of time. We will definitely come back. Brilliant clever ideas and puzzle solving tasks. Loved it !!
