Please stop advertising so frequently on Facebook. People outside Truro would not need your service, no matter how good you are. Funerals are upsetting for many, necessary job but no need to keep reminding

When my Grandad passed away, it was critical for me to find someone who would take the best care of my Grandad, and provide my family the support that we desperately needed at such a difficult time to ensure that everything went smoothly. Simon, Cindy and their colleagues not only did this above and beyond, but did so with the greatest degree of sympathy and kindness, making a difficult process as painless as possible. After very sadly loosing my daughter, Cindy and Simon were very helpful and guided us through the most difficult task of our lives. They reassured me every step of the way to arrange my daughter's funeral for her young family, her partner and ourselves to what she would have wanted. Nothing was too much trouble.

We sadly lost our son at 14 weeks of pregnancy and we decided that we wanted to have him cremated on his own so we could bring his ashes home. Cindy at W J Beswetherick & son was so supportive and caring from the first phone call. She talked us through everything step by step. Once she had collected our boy from the hospital she called to let us know where he was and that he still had his teddy bear with him, which was extremely important for us to know as it brought some comfort in such a difficult time. The service she organised was so beautiful and such a fitting send off for our son. I could not have asked for a more caring person to help our son and ourselves.
