Brilliant experience at Douglas Hughes, Truro today. We are thrilled with the highly detailed and quality pieces we purchased. The lady who served us could not have been more obliging, and we struck up a rapport immediately. We had much in common!! We have always wanted to come here, but the shop is closed on Mondays and we’ve always timed it wrong. I will make sure we revisit next year to see what Douglas has conjured up. I visited Douglas Hughes shop to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfiend. Linda and Phoebe were absolutely fantastic in helping me choose the right one and my girlfiend - now fiancé loved it! I had to take the ring back to alter the size and reset the stone which was done quickly and there was no charge. Would happily recommend.
