My journey with Becky began just over 6 months ago & right from the off I felt so at ease. Starting these journeys is always personal, we all have our own reasons and limitations and that can be daunting but Becky just got it. She made me feel empowered that I really could achieve what I had in my mind. No judgement, she listened and made a plan that works for me as an individual, that supported both my physical and mental health which was a GAME CHANGER.
The biggest thing for me was the way in which Becky made it fun (and believe me if you'd told me that before I'd have NEVER believed you!) She was really motivating and also really understanding when family commitments made changes to the schedule. If I had a bad week, there was no criticising or shaming, just encouragement to get back at it and keep smashing my goals.
She pushes you to achieve but always leads with kindness so it doesn't feel overbearing and creates such a comfortable enviroment to achieve your goals that it makes you want to do it not just for yourself but for her too as she gives you so much.
2 stone 6lbs down & I feel incredible, I couldn't be more grateful and I could not recommend or rate Becky as a PT any more highly.

I have been going to Think Fit classes for about six years and always love the blend of fitness and inclusive community they offer.
When I heard about the Think Kitchen nutrition plan, I knew I was in good hands as Becky knows her stuff.
My plan was tailored to lose around 10-14lbs in 12 weeks and built around my personal needs and circumstances.
The plan was demanding but easily accessible. The biggest shift (and now permanent change) was the movement and exercise; a huge shift for me but has left me with boosted energy, self esteem and metabolism.
The meal plan was initially a little daunting but soon became extremely accessible as I understood which items I enjoyed and could easily work into my life. The change in my food intake has left me feeling healthier, boosted my immune system and changed my way of eating as I’ve moved away from the strict plan. I finally understand what fuel my body needs. What a relief.
In 12 weeks I lost 12lbs, dropping 12cm from my waist and 9cm from my hips. I am leaner and fitter and feel so much better about my health and body image; a radical change for me from where I was in January.
This is a plan that requires hard work and discipline but Becky is there with support for the worries, pitfalls, wobbles and wins. I was confident that what I was being prescribed was right for me; for my age, gender and body type. I have continued to use the plan in my “normal” life; such a change from previous yoyo diet plans that aren’t this holistic approach.
I highly recommend Think Fit, Think Kitchen and Becky.

I've been attending Think Fit classes for a few years now and I'm so glad I found Think Fit as I've never really been an 'exercise' person. I love the variety in every class, and the friendly, supportive environment. Recently, I took the opportunity to sign up to the 12 week meal plan with the aim of losing a bit of weight and increasing my protein in the run up to a 'big birthday' this year. I liked the meal plan as it gives you suggestions on what to eat for each meal, and snack ideas, and it was great as you didn't have to think about it too much- just pick an option from the choices. It also encouraged me to increase my daily steps (which I struggled with as I have a desk job) and my water intake. Once the weight started dropping off, it gave me such a boost, and I've continued with the meal plan once the 12 weeks finished and I've lost 20lbs in 17 weeks. It's great to notice the difference in my body now and knowing that I can lose weight to help me become more healthy.

I’ve lost count of how many years I’ve been coming to classes, but once I started I couldn’t stop. Becky and Ria are so welcoming and professional. No judgement from anyone and such a wholesome positive environment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to move their bodies and stick to a fitness routine, no matter your current abilities. Go for it !

The only exercise I have ever stuck with for more than a few months. I’ve been attending classes for 2 years. I love the mix of cardio and strength, the variety of class styles and the camaraderie and fun created by two dedicated and delightful professionals.

If your considering trying a class, DO IT!
You won’t regret it - Becky & Ria are so welcoming, the classes are varied & suitable for everyone.
I took me far too long to get myself there but now it’s routine and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Keep doing what you do girls - your smashing it 💪

Making the decision to start personal training sessions with Ria from Think Fit was the best I’ve made in a long time! She takes the time to really get to know you, what you want from the sessions and this is constantly reviewed and changed If required.
Her attention to the smallest detail in posture, stance or how I am doing a particular action is reassuring. She is so positive and encouraging even when I’m not feeling my best.
Thank you Ria for your patience and support when I really felt I had lost my way. You and Becky truly make a difference

From the moment I contacted Becky she showed me support. She worked the schedule around me and this got organised in advance so we had a long term plan. When my partner arrived from Australia she was instrumental in giving her a focus and fitness plan throughout her time here. Becky also worked out space for us to have couple sessions. These were so fun and we always left feeling proud and like we had bonded through the workout. Personally I really wanted to build strength and this is exactly what the PT sessions have allowed me to do. Becky provided a space for me to grow in confidence as well as maintaining fitness. Becky wasn't just a trainer but someone who clearly cared for my overall wellbeing. I cannot thank Think Fit Cornwall enough for their guidance. Highly recommend.

Georgia and I have been having PT classes with Ria for the past 5 weeks and we have absolutely loved it. Our sessions are personalized to our goals as well as our current fitness levels. We can't wait for the next 5 weeks to see how much we have improved over our 10 week block. We both couldn't recommend Think fit enough for helping us improve and grow on our fitness journey. Currently half way through mine and Lizzie’s personal training sessions with Ria and can’t recommend Think Fit enough – they actually give us something to look forward to on a Monday morning! The classes are tailored perfectly to our fitness levels and provide an opportunity for us to push ourselves with no judgement whatsoever - only motivation, encouragement and positivity.
