Reviews for NALDERS SOLICITORS - HEAD OFFICE, TRURO

10months since I complained to Nalders directly for not presenting my evidence to the court, they have still not proposed a solution. Nalders negligence caused me further harm and damaged me financially and economically. I went back to court without the 'representation' of Nalders, when I represented myself in a re-trial the judgement was changed.

Nalders recently dealt with my house sale and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both Sam and Beth were fantastic (and patient); the sale went through in pretty much 2 months to the day. The communication was always friendly and helpful; especially explaining the legal jargon that I didn’t understand! My emails were responded to really quickly and the reception staff were helpful too. I really liked that my fees were fixed (apart from a few extra things that I needed), as this helped me stay on top of my finances. Thank you for making something pretty stressful pretty much stress free!

Although what Nalders could offer was not cost effective they gave extremely useful alternatives.

We’ve had amazing advice, empathy and support from Nalders over the past few years and recommend them highly for their professional approach and fair pricing.

You lot are very clever, or are tracking me, because I only ever made a phone call to them. As far as I am aware, I have never been to their offices.

Following the death of our father my brother and I contacted Nalders (who had drawn up our late parents wills) to get an understanding of how to manage the estate. The same day we had contact from Sarah Platton who arranged a Zoom conference for the next day. At the meeting Sarah clearly set out what the probate entailed, what the stages and likely timescales were, our options and what Nalders could do for for us regarding liaising with the HMRC, pension providers and utilities, house sale etc Sarah set out the cost of instructing Nalders as well as other expenses we would or likely to incur. We decided to instruct Sarah and were extremely glad we did - both of us live a considerable distance from Cornwall. We were kept up to date with all the developments, timescales and if we were not sure of something Sarah always responded qucikly, normally the same of next day, either by phone or email. All this was done with COVID restrictions and public bodies and private companies not working at normal capacity. We also instructed Nalders to deal with the sale of the house as part of the probate and this went very smoothly. We cannot fault the service - it really made a complicated and stressful business far easier for us to work through.

Impossible to discuss anything with anyone once the contract has been initiated. Don't waste your time or money. SAM FAHEY was the incompetent person in charge of my work and ended up wrongly advising us to pay £13.5k over what we should have.

Absolutely first class service and great value! Selling a house in Hampshire and buying one in Cornwall, literally just as lockdown was announced in March 2020, was the most complicated and stressful process that stretched to 7 months (due to sellers in chain shielding, purchases falling through etc) but Nalders were always a reassuring voice and Ines and Cathy in the Truro office went above and beyond during the entire time. Thoroughly recommend.

I think it would be fair to say that a snails pace was quite exhausting for these guys when they were acting for my lender during a flat purchase. I feel the fool as i was the one that chose them from the panel, I should have done some more research as the reviews here arent exactly glowing. Kieran O'Sullivan was dealing with the case, never took calls, replied to emails or much of anything. My own solcitor struggled with them.

Do not use this firm of incompetent fools. Any work carried out will be littered with errors and often outright lies. Nadler's solicitors are incapable of even employing sub-primary school levels of grammar and spelling. Be very wary of any positive reviews as they are all seemingly written by their own staff, often brazenly. We lost out on the purchase of a new home due to their ineptitude, were forced into renting and hence lost thousands of pounds in the process. You have been warned, go elsewhere.
