Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Very disappointed with the service I received. As a commercial property I found I was advertised on a residential site not commercial, I paid for the service to be on rightmove & zoopla, I also paid for the photos, I have gave them 15 months & I had 2 people view & now I am expected to pay for a termination fee.....

I asked to review a shop in Redruth they didn’t show up when I call them they didn’t even pick up if they didn’t like your shop idea they are very rude and there’s no way you will be able to rent shop from them

if you are a landlord don’t give your commercial to them because they not letting out for you they act like they own your shop
