Came after Christmas with family, having visited a few years previously. This time, we were very disappointed, no warm greeting, and although service was quick, neither the young lady nor the older chap smiled. The meal was OK the kids enjoyed their pizzas, and the adults meals were just ok. Shocked to find 10% service charge on the bill when the menu says gratuities are at your discretion, so had this removed, which did not go down well.

We went for a large family meal today (sorry anyone sat near us, that many under 8’s are never quiet). The food was amazing, reasonably priced, and excellent service. Thank you

Have been here a few times, the food is delicious and not too pricey. I believe most of the staff are Italian or Sardinian. Only issue was the waiter trying to take our plates away while we were still eating but I put this down to an overabundance of efficiency, which I appreciate. Although I did ask them to give us a few more minutes! Overall, a nice place to eat and it's always busy which says more about the place than I can.

Our favourite pizzas … We dine in regularly, and have never been disappointed. We have on the last couple of a occasions ordered take out …. So delighted with the service … perfect timing as the pizzas were ready for us to collect…we recommend to all our friends. You are the best !!! First time visiting always busy so thought it would be worth checking it out. Wasn't disappointed. Food was great as was the general atmosphere of the place. Only just managed to get a table they were almost fully booked but glad we were able to sample some lovely Italian dishes. Would certainly visit again.

We came as a party of 9 tonight. For our mother's birthday. The service was good and the steaks were tasty. We recommend to big groups as there is something for everyone. Limonchello was a lovely dessert!

Really nice atmosphere lots of natural light with a real family atmosphere. The pizzas were not too bad, the green salad was very boring. But apart from that it wasn't too bad at all.

Poor and unenthusiastic service. Needs a revamp urgently. Decided to overlook this and hope the food would make up for it, it did not. Lump wilting salad served with very oily and greasy arrancini balls. I ordered the tomato salad, and got a plate of tomatos.

Perfect Italian Food - like in Italy. Pizza and Pasta are beautiful

Pretty standard restaurant experience. No major complaints but nothing memorable either. Customer service was a bit slow but seemed very friendly with some tables. Fettuccine was a bit too soft and bland. "inferno" pizza was not spicy at all. The typical Brit would have a great time.
