Sadly my experience with Regency fx was very poor. They contacted me as the exchange rate was good but would not hold the rate until I had transferred the funds. When I had transferred funds an hour later they offered me a rate that was significantly below the rate they had quoted despite the headline bank rate being slightly higher than when I spoke to them earlier. They offered me 1.113 as opposed to 1.157 .This is significant when exchanging larger amounts of money. When I asked if I could have my money returned they were vague and blustered . A hugely disappointing experience and I will not use them again to transfer money.

Amazing staff. But special thanks to Jack fantastic customer service went above and beyond. It took a lot to trust him as there are so many scams around. I trusted him and the company and he made it happen. Would highly recommend. Thanks once again. Need to exchange money this is the company to trust with your money ⭐️

Let me share my experience with Regency FX: I found on the website remitfinder that they had good exchange rates so i decided to call them. They confirmed on the phone the rates that i found on remitfinder so i decided to transfer the money to Regency FX account. Then once they received the funds I asked to do the currency exchange but the rate was way lower than the remitfinder advertising. This company is dishonest and does false advertising until you transfer the money... These people are just making money sitting on the chair and lying to you while you are working hard to earn it. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT DEAL WITH REGENCY FX. INSTEAD, I DOWNLOADED THE APP "REVOLUT" AND SUBSCRIBED TO PREMIUM ACCOUNT FOR LARGE FUNDS TRANSFER. IT IS THE BEST OFFER OF THE FOREX MARKET

Regency FX Truro branch are superb . All the staff are well trained, friendly and professional. They are happy to go that extra mile to explain the process and support you when you need it. They are responsive to requests and keep you fully informed. I have recommended them many times to friends buying houses abroad or if you want to exchange any currency.. They are valued by their managers and in return they value their customers.

We don't use a currency broker often, nor do we need to send sack loads of Euros to France, where we have a house. But when we do, these guys will always take the time to help and with a professional delivery too. Great.

I have had the pleasure of using 3 companies for currency exchange in the past 5 years - all were good, but Regency F X are the best. Extremely professional, supportive and friendly they use very clear and open communication and give complete assurance. I have now used them 3 or 4 times as they offer a rate is always just a little better than the rest and the transactions are immediate. I am very happy and although I will always compare, I cannot see me using another company.
