Nice enough house. Poorly built.

Lovely homes

I go past on the way to work, so I've seen the building work from the start. I feel very sorry for the people who have bought there. Timber left open to the weather, torn membranes , that have been flapping in the wind for days, just stapled back on. It looks like the perfect place for black mould. And the houses are ugly with tiny gardens. They are currently rebuilding the Cornish wall they took down without permission.

Very nice house my son and his girlfriend and children have just moved in.

They look great, a bit small though.

We were looking for a house and decided not to get a house there.

Too big.

Watching the go up, haphazardly, every day as I've past, I've seen ripped membranes and insulation left out flapping in the rain for days. I wouldn't buy one.

Will be lovely estate once finished
