I booked a Fal river canoe tour with Explore Cornwall, didn't know what to expect, I'd only canoed once before, many years ago. Met Nick at Feock. I was instantly put at ease with Nick's passion for the river and canoeing and his knowledge of the area. A little trip down the road to where we launched. The sun was out and very little wind, I was going to enjoy this! We paddled up the river towards Devoran, learning a little more about the Fal and taking on board paddling tips from Nick. On the way back we stopped at point key for a swim followed by a paddle across the river to the Pandora Inn for a coffee. Thank you Explore Cornwall, what a magical experience. I've already booked in for my next soulful paddle.
