Sue is lovely and always helpful when I see her. The service by all staff is always really good and they always do the best job they can to get garments clean.

Very good, I use the EVRI drop off point and it’s amazing. On my first time one of the lady’s explained exactly how it works and teached me about the setting on Vinted and helped with getting the labels out, she also told me where the other drop off point where. It was so welcoming and wholesome.

Good quality service. Had a number of items dry cleaned meaning I wasn't able to make use of their 24 hour turnaround, but I'd planned ahead so that was fine. Was quite surprised how much it was to dry clean a suit these days but hey, what doesn't cost a lot these days? They did a nice job and the suits came back clean, fresh and ironed. Overall, very pleased. Thank you 😊

I took my favourite dress in to be dry cleaned and the staff were so helpful and honest. We weren't sure if they could get the mould off my dress but Terry worked magic and in only a few days I happily came away with a perfectly clean dress ready for a Italian wedding. It almost looks like new again! Thank you to everyone for your help. I will certainly use you again.

My house flooded last week, and the lovely people at Johnson’s went above and beyond to help me out. I was struggling to get the wet stuff to them, so they helped with getting it there and getting it back to my house, which luckily was nearby. Everything came back spotless, smelling amazing, in great time. I honestly have no idea what I would have done without their amazing hospitality and care, and can’t thank them enough for helping me out in such a dire situation. Would very highly recommend. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Delivery, General bedding cleaning, Laundry pick-up

I use this store for Evri parcel drop off and collections.
I've never came across a more disgusting member of staff in any establishment in all my life.
Sue, the small old lady with grey hair and glasses, is the rudest human I've ever encountered.
Extremely unwelcoming, extremely rude, extremely unhelpful, extremely dull, extremely condescending, extremely disrespectful.
Why she still has a job in a customer service based roll is beyond me. I'm shocked that Johnson's willingly employs a person like her. She gets grumpier and worse each time I go in.
I wish there was another Evri store around. I certainly wouldn't use this dry cleaners either due to her working there.
The younger girl with the nose ring is very helpful and I give a sigh of relief when we see it is her that's on shift. Compared with the feeling of dread when I see the old lady.

The female counter assistant in this shop is incredibly rude and unhelpful. As you can tell from numerous other reviews, twice I’ve been into the store and both times i have had the same abrupt, blasé service. It’s a shame as they have a parcel shop which is useful but I hate going in there to use it now.

Like so many others, I find the staff in this branch incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's been the same every time I've been in - the lady at the front is rude, abrupt and has a really bad attitude. Some customer service training is badly needed.

Visited to use their in-store Hermes label printing/dropoff service. As someone who had not used the label printing before, Sue was very unhelpful - told me to scan my code and she'd help me (while working in the back and immediately coming to the front when a customer she knew walked in).
I had real trouble getting the system to pick up the QR code I had and rather than offer help Sue replied with 'Oh dear. You'd better just go back to the company and ask for another'. No other help was offered.
Would not recommend for Hermes service and I'll be going elsewhere for this in the future.
