Amazing service - dealt with my hard drive issue in really quick time, and made a big issue for me feel very minor and easy to fix. Would 100% recommend.

They rescued my not-very-old Macbook Pro after I stupidly spilled a cup of tea on it. It wasn't cheap, but that was because of the cost of Apple spare parts, not their overcharging. Indeed, the opposite was true. They undercharged me, but, when I took the laptop back since touch ID wasn't working, they fixed it with some complicated waves of a magic wand, and didn't charge me any extra. Besides the professional work they carried out, all the staff were very helfpul, friendly and courteous. I cannot fault them.

Update: Just adding that I have recently came back to the shop and it's as good as ever with very friendly and funny staff who have integrity and don't overcharge. Old: Honest service from a knowledgeable and hardworking crew. Friendly staff and service with a smile. Shop is fit for socially distancing and has a large open floor and a touch button door.

I've used Truro Computer Services twice - once to repair a Sony VAI0, and more recently to change the card in an Apple desktop. I have been delighted with the customer service and results of the work carried out and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Very highly recommended, sorted out a power supply issue on my laptop really quickly and very reasonably priced. Windows or Apple, they really know what their talking about. Would definitively use them again.

Can not recommend enough the service, knowledge and all round professionalism of Jim and James. Jim provided advice and a course of action that overcame a potential nightmare where following a MacBook crash, all unsaved data was at risk. There were numerous set backs which he overcame resulting with a full recovery. First class service, a level of expertise second to none and a complete sense of trust.
