Had a defect on one of their hoodies I ordered online, they swapped it in store no problem. The shop assistant was lovely and helpful, super chuffed with the service I got. Would buy from again.

Went early enough before advertised closing and the shop was shut. They lost a sale and loyal customers. Would avoid !
