The guy that always seems to be there is pretty knowledgeable but launches into this weird upselling monologue every time I went in. I get you've got to make a profit but if someone knows what they want, please just sell it to them. Stopped going there because it takes too long just to buy something. It might work for first timers but if you know what you want it just comes across as patronising.

I only stopped in for a couple of disposable e cigs, but they definitely have just about any flavour you'd be looking for. And if you're stuck, the lad behind the counter is super friendly and knows his stuff. If you need juice, mod kits. Disposables... they've got what you're looking for. And if you can't be arsed leaving your house go to their website and order online. Was completely satisfied with my quick visit. Thanks again

Says on Google that they're open when they are not this has happened twice and my mod broke after two weeks would no longer charge. Went down at 10am on a Tuesday to resolve this and they aren't open again

Went into the store for the first time to get some coils. Showed the lady my mod and the tank and she gave me the coils I needed. Tried replacing that night but were wrong size 😳 Returned a few days later and replaced with 3 other coils. One lasted a week, the second 3 days and the third didn’t fit, the thread wouldn’t screw on. A first and last visit I’m afraid..........

Buyers beware. They only guarantee the tanks for three months. Have had two off them now both developed a fault. Had to return. No refunds. Go to Argos instead at least you'll have peace of mind if something goes wrong. Not very helpful staff.

Asked for a decent smooth juice. Spent £20 on what was assured to be smooth and it's far from it. Won't be going back, that's for sure. Oh and dropped the 100ml bottle shaking it at home and it split down the side. If they don't fork out on decent gorilla bottles.. I hate to think of the quality juice I'm vaping! Luckily had a spare 100ml bottle and lost minimal.

I bought a mod the week before and must have been damaged in shipping as the top part broke away, went in and they replaced it immediately. excellent customer service.

Inappropriately asking about personal items of jewellery belonging to me then remarking that the jewellery is fake you would be mistaken to think she runs a jewellers it is in fact a vape shop I found her rude & crass the only good thing is her dog she possesses more customer service experience in her left paw.
