I requested condition reports for the two items I purchased from auction here. The reports were accurate and returned speedily. I spoke with several very polite and amicable members of staff who helpfully provided me with a very reasonable in-house shipping quote. There was a delay in shipping due to the couriers being unable to find sufficient staff in the South West. I re contacted them and another very pleasant member of staff spoke with me went rummaging amongst the parcels and confirmed that mine hadn’t been shipped. He contacted me a couple of hours later elated that the couriers had arrived and picked up my parcel. The chap told me that although it was delayed I would be pleased with the packaging which made me laugh and that is what staff need to do. He apologised for the delay which then generated my response of …..it’s not your fault then all of a sudden my slight annoyance changed to one of humour! He was absolutely correct though the package was superbly wrapped and very secure. Pleased with the items but staff and their engagement warrant the review!
