After viewing the property, the experience was positive but as a first-time buyer I had no idea of what to do despite reading a lot about buying a house. As a first-time buyer I was not fully aware of the steps to follow in order to secure the property, I was completely out of depth however, Darly and the team at Stratton and Creber took their time to provide me with so much information and really engaged with me and explained the steps and what needs to be done in order to secure the property. After making an offer to a property, Dary and the team where very supportive and introduced me to their in-house solicitors who where very helpful but what stood out to me was despite engaging with the solicitors, the support and advise from Darly and the team did not stop there. I received regular calls from the team who checked on how I was doing and further offered advice and support in order to secure the property in a timely manner as they were aware that I would be starting a new job and had to move in a few weeks before my new role started. I was very pleased with the communication and the support that was provided throughout the entire process, and I did not feel stressed as I knew I had a great team who stick to their word and made sure everything was easy.
