Was quoted insurance I was happy with, took it out, started paying for it, then they cancelled it, and said that they wouldn’t normally insure what I wanted to insure, and it was an admin error

Absolutely fantastic company. I've been dealing with Kelly, who's been excellent. Wonderful attention to detail - very fast, efficient. It's refreshing after dealing with other similar companies. Great company. So easy to deal with and very flexible. Have an agricultural fleet policy and home insurance all with Cornish Mutual and works well.

Car park is not clear that only permit holders have the opportunity to park.

This is the worse insurance company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should of run away at the quote stage as it took forever and the guy never had a clue, but I ended up sticking with it what a mistake. They are great at taking your money, but if you need to make a claim god help you they have no repair centres anywhere near you so be prepared to do all the leg work trying to get your vehicle repaired and once you have claimed they will refuse to insure you again.

Cornish Mutual , are Simply the Best , very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic service , and sympathetic in times of crisis. I have been with this company for over 20 years now , and would not think of insuring my property or vehicles with anyone else .

Recently had a household claim and found the service to be excellent. I spoke to somebody who was knowledgeable and explained exactly what had to be done. Payment was prompt. Overall definitely a company I would recommend for Insurance.
