M&S foodhall products are decent quality however I raise an observation of a visit today. I went to the bakery section to observe a grandmother, daughter and young grandson perusing the pastries. Sadly, as most of these were open to access and at child eye-level, the small boy 'tested' each product at his level 'by hand'. The disturbing thing was the 'response' of the mother saying "don't touch" as he continued to maul the products ignoring her less than forceful 'warning' (he seemed particular interested in 'test driving' the pretzel when amusingly after being asked "do you want a pretzel?", he responded "no" and moved onto the next product. I'm not suggesting this family, however annoying, are unique but perhaps displaying products in their unpackaged state could be arranged better and therefore, more hygienically.

Do not stop off at this cafe (M&S Truro) if you are shopping alone. The long queues take forever & it's impossible to stand, for what feels like hours, holding a tray and bags of shopping. I gave up and left.

Lack of choices and overly priced food for the quality you receive. The tables are sticky all the time and the floors don't get cleaned that much.

Always delicious food choices in the food hall! Delicious cakes and fresh fruit, usually a deal on such a meal for 2 Nice view of the centre from the cafe Good disabled parking and reasonable priced parking in the multi-storey My only negative is that there is only one disabled toilet positioned quite awkwardly to get round the door and inside! It opens into the main walkway to all the other toilets, so if you are in a wheelchair it gets very congested

A nice large marks and spencer which includes a food hall. I've found things here in this particular store that seem to be sold out elsewhere. Good amount of stock. If you're looking for something , this is the one you'll find it in !!

Marks and Spencer is a global house hold name. The quality of clothing you can get here speaks for itself. There is a very wide range of domestic products especially as it pertains to clothing outfits. It is always busy but the staff are always courteous and available to help you navigate through the sometimes multiple confusing options.

We popped into Marks & Spencer Truro just to grab a bite to eat. It was really busy. We managed to get a table that a previous customer had just left. The staff were really propt in getting the table cleared and clean for us. The staff were really friendly and the food was more than ample for the price.
