Possibly the worst "support" I have ever encountered. Cancelled appointments, support worker forgetting to contact me, and eventually when I explained the effect that this was having on me I was told 'I'm just in training, I've never done this role before and it's just me trying to do everything.' It was left with a promise that they would contact me the following week and I never heard from them again.

Looked after my wife in last February when discharged from trelisk. Temporary till fixed up with other that council arranged. Lisa was wonderful so helpful.

I'm autistic. They offered support and organised to come and see me and then have consistently let me down, so much so, that every other appointment of the past 6 appointments has been cancelled, that's every other week theyvr cancelled with differentexcuses, sickness, car problems, etc. They know that autisitic people need predictability, yet they continue to cancel appointments and then show no understanding when you try to explain that cancelling every other week is not tolerable and is making me ill. Services not accessible to autistics who need reliability therefore no use to me and now in a state of distress because of this.
