Couldn't help with my phone problem

I thoroughly recommend O2 Truro to anyone purchasing or upgrading a phone. Gail and the team are a super bunch of professional, helpful and knowledgeable guys. I went into the Truro store as I had no signal on my phone and couldn't make any calls, I was helped by a lovely young lady who fixed my issue with ease. At the same time she managed to lower my bill and give me more internet.

Terrible customer service. Was told that it would have been quicker to have purchased the phone from home and that there was nothing they could do to try and match what My o2 was offering as they are a franchise. They made no attempt to keep us as a customer. Never been into a shop and turned away! I wonder how they make any money…

The ladies manager Dale was very unhelpful. I was trying to get the Samsung offer but they can't offer me the phone right now but I thought as a manager she would have answers. But unfortunately she had no idea, no customer service and was no help! So as an o2 customer I feels upset I can't claim an offer I'm entitled to!!

The service I received was excellent. I renewed my contract, got a new phone and all data uploaded, all in the time it took to do a bit of shopping and have a coffee.👍

Very friendly staff. Kira was incredibly helpful and assisted me in finding the best option. Easy process to sort out what I needed to.

Carly was the lady that dealt with us on the day We spent about a hour there getting 2 new phones on contract it was long winded but she managed to get it done as quick as possible within decent reason what a fantastic member of staff well presented intelligent and very friendly to Carly Thanks guys
