The food is generally ok, but rather oddly last night I ordered the bang bang chicken, which should be; chicken on lettuce with a spicy peanut sauce. What arrived was lettuce and chicken covered in salad cream, it was about 250g-300g of salad cream and it was completely inedible. I rang up to check this was correct and was informed it was correct, so when I said, that isn’t like any bang bang chicken I’d ever eaten before I was told that they stopped doing the peanut sauce and replaced it with salad cream as people complained about the peanuts?! Although all the other dishes with peanuts in, such as satay, have a nut sign next to them, so I’m not sure that is actually the case and it is possibly just a money saving exercise. In any case, chicken covered in revolting salad cream is not bang bang chicken and shouldn’t be listed as it, just called it chicken and salad cream, and probably don’t charge £5.80 for it. So strange - we won’t be going back in case any other dishes have been ‘modified’ and will turn up slathered in ketchup, HP or mayonnaise! The rest of the food was fine, but it’s totally put us off, especially as is a rare treat and was anything but a treat!

The server missed the prawn sweet and sour off our order so we went back to collect the missed item. We explained that we had ordered them but she said we hadn’t ordered them. So we offered to buy another portion and she started shouting that we “cussed her out” - whatever that means. She started shouting and banned us from the premises! The other customer was staggered by her attitude. Where has customer service gone? We certainly won’t be going back there again

Great food and well recommended. Lovely House Special with Noodles and Chicken with Mushrooms. Chicken Curry always good. Telephone orders to pick up cooked very quickly. The food could be a little hotter sometimes. A microwave sorts that out.

Found a piece of green metal in the chow mein and a short straight black hair in the rice .when rang up the lady was not apologetic,very rude and implied if we wasn't happy with the food we would of rang earlier (didn't chose to eat straight away was about a hour later ) absolutely disgusting and rude.will never have again and shall be contacting inviromental health! In reply to your comment, your customer service is terrible ,you are very abrupt and rude, we did not eat straight away ,we was waiting for our daughter,and was only one hour after receiving the delivery we ran and does it realy matter what time we reported a black hair also! And a peice of green metal about 1 cm long . I was half way through the chow mein and thank god I was looking what I ate,and we didn't finish it all ! It made me feel sick ,wish it was at the start of eating, we had our rice and chowmein last,how dare you imply we would lie! No your not taking the evidence ,I will be handing it over to be inspected.surley you can't think a 10 per cent discount and a free dish is OK for a peice of metal inin your food dish! Think of the damage this cld of done! If itwas my food i have gave out I'd be horrified! And the number you gave us ,the picture was sent ! You not even suggest this will be looked in to just arguing about the refund and implying were after free food ,we are most insulted, I feel this is very dangerous and needs inspected !as we said on the phone we will be holding to be inspected . Just reading through some reveiws seems not just us say the lady is rude ,and always seems the customer is wrong ,will lose alot of custom treating customers like this .we pay your wages!

We used this lovely takeaway whilst on a trip to Cornwall. The service was quick and professional and the food was delicious. Vegetarian options: Not sure as we had eat options. Parking: We parked really easily.

Very delicious , king prawn,spring onion ginger and vegetables. Fresh and beautifully cooked the egg fried rice compliments the dish perfectly.

I always use here, best flavour and quick service. This is a great takeout and I've never been disappointed. Yeah, it's not the high cuisine subtle flavours some have, okay, that's fine. What it does is deliver a real whack of rich flavours.

Ordered at 6 on the phone told to collect at 6:30, I waited an hour whilst everyone after me was getting their food, asked where our order was (name wrong anyway). They had no idea where the order was and insisted i should wait for it rather than get a refund. didn’t believe i used the same card for refund i did to pay! wasted an hour waiting, off to maccies for an easy one!

Just your normal Chinese but its handy to get pancake rolls to take with you to the train station, service was quick as we walked in off the street and ordered some pancake rolls but one order is 2 pancake rolls which are smaller than your normal sized ones, the outer was crispy and the bean sprouts are super crunchy! :-)
