Such a lovely experience in Lush today, I went in a little overwhelmed by the range of offers then an assistant called Tallulah was incredibly warm friendly and approachable, I ended up asking her about a lot of the products and we shared eachothers love of lush. She was really friendly and helped me decide my items without feeling rushed. A perfect colleague you have and thankyou for a top highlight of my day!

This is a delayed review here guys! NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A LUSH STORE! I think this is possibly (aside from Liverpool) the best Lush store I've ever been to. The store is so cute, love the way it's layed out, attendants respond well to customers and help where necessary, they're generous with the testers which really helps when you're decision making for later purchases. This was my store throughout uni and I'm going to miss it with all my heart ❤️. Thanks for providing such a great experience guys!! 🌺🌺

I'm always thrilled when I visit this lush in particular. The staff are a reflection of their products - colourful, fun, sweet and effervescent. I've worked in retail for years and I can tell the team genuinely cares about their customers, and the management genuinely care about their staff. This is retail done right.

Excellent customer service at this Lush store! The staff are approachable, positive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the products they are selling. I visited earlier today to choose a new body spray (I love the 'Dad's Garden Lemon Tree' one but fancied a change). Within seconds, I was greeted by a fantastic lady who helped find the perfect scent for me! I'm now enjoying 'Dirty'. Thanks for a great experience!

Was made welcome and the staff were engaging and fun. They know their products well and are able to steer you towards great products that you wouldn't think of trying out yourself. Overall, it was great experience and I will be looking forward to making this a regular shop on my Truro visits.

The staff in here were truly amazing. I came in with my boyfriend and it was a horrible day. We were given a friendly welcome by all the staff. My boyfriend had broken his leather jackets and was upset about it. The lady at the checkout gave him a free face mask to cheer him up which was lovely. We bought some brilliant products and will definitely be back.

Always such friendly staff and lovely products. Don't be put off by the use of plastic as they also have 'naked' products and great circular recycling of the plastics as well. Bring back you pots and bottles for money off or a free fresh face mask.

Trying to be as sustainable as possible and have now made the switch over to Lush products and buy all of my hygiene, hair and beatify products from here. Wonderful and helpful staff that know about the products they’re selling, and are always happy to advise and suggest which products may be best for your skin or hair type. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Lush and the products. My skin reacts to most chemicals and perfumes high street brands pile in their products, but Lush has done wonders for my skin. I received some great advice from the team here in the Truro store, and I am now seeing major improvements. Thank you:) The only problem is I can spend waaay too much in this store!! So many good things!
