Once again I have had to call on the talents of One Stop Printers . This time during the Christmas Holiday period I was given what I needed , quickly and professionally , to help me out of a problem . Lovely people .

Terrible customer service- extremely rude! Unfortunately this appears to be the only print shop in Truro. I’ve used this place three times and each experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff don’t even acknowledge customers as they walk through the door. I’m specifically talking about the older two, who possibly may own the business. I am always extremely polite and sweet and very tolerable, however have been offended by staff at this company a number of times. The first time I entered, it took a while for anyone to notice I was stood there, but when she did notice she barely even looked at me. I was also shocked by the price of having just one document printed. The second time, their computer wouldn’t load my document but it didn’t seem to bother them as they took their time chatting to each other and working at snail pace. I eventually had to leave as it was very hot in that tiny room and my little baby was becoming distressed. The third and last time I entered, I stood at the desk for some time, trying to make my presence known, as the man sat opposite me with his back to me eating a sandwich and browsing the web. I appreciate he must have been having a lunch break after a long morning’s work, however he then turned around and spoke to me with a mouth full of food about something he was reading online which was very unprofessional. When I gave him my USB stick, he loaded my document which was a print screen of an important email I needed to post today. He sat and appeared to be reading it for some time before he informed me that it’s a web page and can’t be printed. I explained to him that it was a print screen of a web page which he couldn’t seem to understand and kept telling me it wouldn’t print. You can imagine my frustration! He sensed this frustration and gave me my stick back and said he cannot serve me. I proceeded to tell them what I think of their awful customer service (which he argued back at me about rather than deal with in a professional manner) and left. I shall not be setting foot in that place ever again. Also the pricing is shocking and there’s a much cheaper place in Newquay with excellent customer service called Cornish Print.

Excellent service. We sent a PDF file in to be printed A3 & colour. They were very clear about how long it would take were told it would be ready between 4 and 4:15. It was. If your job isn't too much of a rush, highly recommended.

Terrible customer service and very rude from staff members Barry(manager) and ian (general staff), I asked for some prints to be made and they made them a few days later, but when they are done they get stuck on the inside as i wanted them on the outside because i have very expensive display gonadal and could not access the inside without dismantling the gonadal. They offered to re print them so it sticks from the correct side but asked me to pay in full for both sets at full price i said okay and payed, they will be put on at 3.00. I decided to dismantle the gonadal and put them up, i then called them up at 2.00 pm to ask them not to print them up and have a refund they said they cant give a refund until its authorised by a manager which breaks the law of 14 day money back which is law for goods that are not fit for purpose. I got a call 4 days later i explained to Barry about this, he was very rude and said that 14 day money back does not comply with him and he did not care as he will give the refund now. He has been working like this for 50 years apparantly but gave me a refund which was £15 but that was not the correct price so he changed it accordingly to the correct price so he is obviously not sure what he is doing as he cant even get the price right. NEED PRINTS DONT GO HERE AS HE WONT EVEN DO WHAT THE LAW REQUIRES AND A VERY RUDE PEOPLE !!!!!
