Had a e gift card for Christmas had no idea how to get it up on my phone, the Manager Holly was excellent in taking the time from her busy day to show and talk usthrough how to do it. She didn't rush us but stood patiently while she talked us through it .Excellent customer service and thank you Holly .

If you are in a Primark you pretty much know what to expect. Although the member of staff with tattoos all over their face is a terrible look as a representative of the company.

Clean and well laid out. My only grump with the place is never enough tills open,and you seem to standing ages .

Good store. Never really have any issues. Only complaint is I wish they would open up a few more tills but it's not the end of the world.

Two floors of the only Primark in Cornwall. Filled with everything you would expect from them. Perfectly located on the pedestrianised Lemon Quay in Truro, it is also close to a Wetherspoons pub and other good shops and the bus station. Well worth a visit.

Not a bad Primark. They seem to have done some work on the queues because normally it takes forever. Tidy shop with nice staff. Seating area for those who don't want to be dragged around - even has WiFi and charging ports.

Good sized Primark store but suffers with extensive queues at tills, even at quiet times. Also, the in-store temperature seems always too warm, so queuing with large amounts of shopping is not a great experience

I find the store like any other Primark. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I expect long queues sometimes but they do go down fast. My only small gripe is that the phone number to the store is never answered.

Worker (Bev) miserable, rude, argumentative, unhelpful jobsworth. Wouldn't allow me in to the changing area with my daughter, counted EVERY item of clothing, even when there were 3 items on 1 hanger, counted them as 3 items. Told me I was being aggressive when I questioned it 😂 Told us we could go in the disabled changing..... but that it's not really allowed....... So, she had us taking up the disabled changing instead of just letting me stand outside a changing room that my daughter would be in. Only there to give advice, didnt want to be actually IN the changing room with her. She was just being awkward because she could! In contrast, the other girl Ronni couldn't have been more pleasant!! Women on tills (lady with tattoos and young girl with long hair) were also very pleasant.
