I had counselling with Jane for best part of a year and she was a tremendous help. Very easy going and understanding as well as informative, especially with regard to specific chronic health conditions that are often not well understood. Would highly recommend for anyone suffering with depression, grief or just wants someone to talk to.

Jane is amazing and I can’t thank her enough! I am a different person today with the help of Jane. The difference my counselling sessions made has helped me to be a better person today with controlling my anxiety and panic attacks. I would 100% recommend Jane to anyone!!

Jane has been absolutely wonderful for me. We’ve been able to move at a pace that suits me and the addition of tasks and reading outside of the sessions have really helped me feel in control of my progress. In just 6 months I already have a much stronger understanding of myself and I have some tools to deal with difficult situations and make positive changes. Can’t recommend enough!

Jane is a highly experienced and incredibly supportive supervisor. I come away from my sessions feeling wiser and bolstered to work with my clients of all ages. Jane is open and personable, putting me at ease especially when I have concerns about how I am relating to the clients, helping me to self-reflect, and encouraging me to look at situations from different perspectives.
I value my time with Jane and would recommend her as a supervisor to any therapist.

Hi,
I run a buissness helping people to release trauma from the body and I have been having monthly mentoring sessions with Jane. These have been truly amazing in maintaining my wellbeing to ensure I don’t get burnout again, it’s nice to chatting through and she also helps me to work through personal things to help my own expansion. I would highly recommend.

Jane is a truly fantastic Supervisor. She is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive. She expertly shines a light into areas of my work that I might not otherwise see. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Jane is a fantastic supervisor. I feel so comfortable in her presence and really look forward to our time together. She has been just a phone call away, out of hours giving valuable support through difficult situations. Her support and encouragement has enabled me to build a business far sooner than I expected.

Jane's experience and high level of training is clearly evidenced in the quality and expertise of her clinical supervision. I have used many supervisors, and I can honestly say that Jane is the best I've had so far to date. Highly professional service, but with a friendly approach that's perfect for learning and growing. I have grown tremendously under Jane's supervision, and this is due to thorough guidance and quality mentoring. Her fees are incredibly reasonable for the skills, training, experience and expertise offered.

Jane has been my Counselling Supervisor for a number of years. She is an expert in her field and truly cares. I have always found her to be professional, compassionate and honest. I run a therapy practice supporting young people and adults who present with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, grief and loss, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia) fertility issues, parenting and relationships. I feel privileged to receive Jane’s ongoing support and knowledge which has truly enhanced my practice. I would not hesitates to recommend her.

I lost my partner a number of years ago and I received invaluable support and counselling that enabled me to “live in the now” and make new life choices. Sensory awareness was a great part of the healing process and the importance of sound to affect my mood was very powerful. For example, the sound of the sea made me relax and stop ruminating.
