Best eye test I have ever had. Optician was very thorough and extremely pleasant. The tests were performed in a relaxing environment and the range of glasses looked extremely good. My wife will be going for a contact lens consultation in the New Year.

Sandy is a great optician - nothing is too much trouble for her and I was given a very thorough eye exam before she recommended my varifocal contact lenses. Both she and Holly are very helpful and friendly and I've never once regretted leaving my previous high street chain. This is a much more personal experience.

I am delighted with my new glasses, the best ones I’ve had prescribed for years. Sandi was delightful, careful and professional, patiently taking her time. We tried varifocals, a first for me, but I could not adjust to them, sadly (no fault of Sandi’s). Sandi had offered to exchange these if not suitable, and she did so with the minimum of fuss.
